Support the Co-op
Focused specifically on the needs of young children to ensure a positive educational foundation and embracing the participation parents, the Watchung Co-operative is a unique and very special preschool that adds to the richness of our community at large. Often hailed by teachers in our local elementary schools for the level of confidence and acheivement they see in the children who come through the school, the Co-op is truly one of only a very few schools that is structured around - and depends upon - family involvement. The bonds that the students form with their classmates are rivaled only by the sense of friendship and community that is fostered amongst the parents.

The financial support of parents, alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, and friends benefits our programs and facilities while underscoring the value of the school's model. To make the Co-op even stronger, please contact director Mona Bucceri to make your tax deductible donation today!

Watchung Cooperative Preschool accredited by NAEYC
The school has achieved accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the nation's leading organization of early childhood educators. To earn NAEYC accreditation, a school conducts a self-study to determine how well it meets the standards. The school is then observed by independent, professional validators and reviewed by a national panel.
